Cooking Studio Culinary Director and Chief Chef. Graduated from the Tadmor School, and has undergone a number of culinary training courses in Israel and around the world.

Chef Shlomi Falah

Graduated from the Tadmor School. Began his career as a chef in the Italian restaurant Amore Mio.

Chef Amir Schuler

Graduated his cooking courses in Italy and trained in restaurants in Rome and Napoli.

Pastry Chef Naama Bekerman

Graduated from Bishulim – The Israeli Institute of Culinary Arts under the direction of Tomer Kabir

Chef Haim Dahan

Has accumulated experience in a number of prominent restaurants in Israel such as Yoezer Wine Bar, Chloelys, Pushkin and more.

Phyllis Glazer

Phyllis is the "guru" of healthy and organic food. She is hosted on radio programs, television, morning programs and health-related programs.

Chef Shay Zemler

Shay has over 12 years of experience, including as a chef in Atza Sushi restaurant and currently co-owns Mex & co (Mexican Restaurant). He also works as a culinary consultant in the world of Asian cuisine.

Boulogner Micha Tavor

Graduated from the Cordon Bleu and an owner of a private bakery.

An expert of baking and pastries recipes development, and an instructor in the leading cooking and baking schools in Israel.

Chef Eran Yeruham

A Tadmor graduate, ran a restaurant in Thailand, and a local bakery. Has lots of culinary experience, he had traveled around the world to master the various style and culinary cuisines.

Chef Yonatan Sharon

Graduated Tadmor School, studied at CIA Australia. Worked as chef at the Sitara restaurant. Sous Chef at the Melis Restaurant in the USA - 2 Michelin Stars Restaurant - worked at Messa.

Chef Yigal Mulner

Owner of Moyar Catering and Chef at 11th Floor Restaurant - Kosher Elite Restaurant. A CIA graduate in New York, director of cooking at Crowne Plaza.

Pastry Chef Sivan Cohen

An experienced restaurant consultant. In her career she had set up restaurants and built menus. Teaches cooking for over 20 years.

Chef Lior Moshe

A leading culinary consultant in his field, and owner of cooking workshops for children and youth. His professional experience includes magic work at Club Med in the Caribbean, Club Med in Bahamas and Mexico.

Chef Alon Livne

Graduate of the "Tadmor" cooking school. Worked in leading catering companies, and taught workshops and cooking courses in a variety of establishments.

Graduate of the "Bishulim" school and the "La Notre" school in Paris. Worked in bakery of "Reviva and Celia" and "Sikpa". Specialized in gluten-free baking and vegan baking.
