The cooking workshops are based on a pre-built recipe list, depending on the kitchen style or cooking area.
All the workshops are active with your full participation in preparing the dishes.It should be emphasized that each participant will personally experience the preparation of several dishes.
At the end of the workshop, we will sit for a rich and varied meal of your labor (about 5-8 types of dishes at dinner + dessert)
The types of workshops available include Italian (dairy or meat) cooking, meat workshops, Asian cooking, sushi, healthy cooking, Indian, baking, chocolate and more.
As in all studio workshops, you will receive a rich reception with focaccia and dips, hot drinks (coffee, espresso, tea) and cold, as well as unlimited red and white wines throughout the workshop.
Groups of 35 or more participants can combine 2 workshops in parallel. In groups of over 60 participants, a workshop can be arranged in the form of stations composed of several cooking worlds.

The "Knife
Battle" workshop is designed for groups and organizations interested in
forming and encouraging cooperation between the participants.
Divide
into teams (2 or more depending on group size), get the same raw
materials, and compete in a rich gourmet meal with chefs (each team gets
its own chef).

Each team must prepare a full meal of at least 10 servings, within a limited time limit.
The task of each team is to prepare a rich meal with at least 10 types of dishes, in a limited time. At the end of the workshop, the winning team will be determined by
meeting the competition goals, as well as according to the taste and
appearance of the dishes, creativity, teamwork, efficiency in the
distribution of the tasks and use of the raw materials, and meeting the
various challenges posed by the chefs (optional but highly recommended).

Shuk and Cook
Shuk and Cook
An expanded
version of our knife-fighting workshop, which also combines urban
outdoor outdoor activities in the center of Tel Aviv.
As
part of the activity, you will be divided into groups and will go out
with the chefs to buy raw materials in the Carmel Market and its
surroundings, according to a list of recipes that you will choose
together with the chef. After shopping, continue to the studio for competitive cooking activities divided into groups.
The length of the activity is 5-6 hours, and includes a challenge of
choosing recipes for cooking, purchasing raw materials while meeting the
times and budgets, and later preparing the dishes on the basis of the
raw materials purchased.
The
workshop is designed for groups interested in a long and challenging
day of consolidation, with emphasis on teamwork, meeting challenges and
outdoor activities in addition to cooking. At the end of the competition, the teams are judged on the basis of
teamwork, meeting the challenges, morale, taste and appearance of the
dishes.

Culinary Walk
The cooking
studio offers a variety of culinary tours that allow you to experience
the food world even outside the cooking workshop.
The tours can be held separately or as a supplement to a cooking studio in the studio.
The tours take place in the Carmel Market, Levinsky Market and Hatikva Market.Each tour includes authentic stories of guides and market people, as well as a series of tastings at various stands.
Short tour: for an hour-an hour and a half, ideal as a supplement before the workshop.
Full tour: take about two and a half hours, and also suitable as a separate activity without a cooking workshop.
Examples
of stations on the tour: coffee tasting, wine and beer tastings, olive
oil tasting, spices and herbs, cheeses, turkish borax, fish, hummusia
located inside a former synagogue,
There is also a fascinating tour of the Sarona complex (walking distance from the studio), with beer tasting only.
Cocktail Class
Cocktail Class
The cocktails we will make: sangria, mojito, cosmopolitan, tropical sauces, banana colada and ice and anila.
An active and experiential cocktail-making workshop, where participants work in pairs and prepare 6 types of cocktails.
In the cocktail
workshop we will use professional equipment from bartenders and practice
the preparation as it is done by the professionals.
We will familiarize ourselves with the raw materials, the various dishes and the methods of preparing cocktails.And, of course, every participant will enjoy plenty of refreshing drinks.
The workshop is moderated by Motti Kalmovich, an expert in wine and alcohol training.In
the past, he led and directed the Barmenim course in Carmel, and serves
as an advisor to restaurants and bars in the construction of alcohol
menus.
The cocktail workshop is suitable as an addition to a cooking workshop and as an independent activity for crystallization days.
