Pastry Chef Ohad Budznak
Graduated from Bishulim – The Israeli Institute of Culinary Arts in the culinary and pastry department, as well as the Boulangerie program headed by Javier Jean. He's worked in a number of leading restaurants, including serving as a chef in Milano restaurant. Ohad specializes in several cooking styles and in pastries and boulangerie in particular. He heads the Cooking Studio's Baking and Pastry course and classes.
