This class combines the Chinese-Vietnamese world of Dim Sum and the Japanese Ramen Soup. It's suited for vegetarians and most dishes are also suited for vegans.
In this class you'll learn how to prepare 4 types of Dim Sum with different fillings.
The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves.
- Start Off with Hot rosemary focaccia from the oven
- Beef Ramen - Asian beef stock with Ramen noodles, vegetables and goose breast
- Vegetarian Ramen - Misu and vegetables stock, noodles, seaweed and Tofu
- Steamed Bao Buns with long cooked meat and vegetables
- Sweet potato and mushrooms Shu-Mai
- Chicken and beef Gyoza
- Chicken and onion Gyoza
- For Dessert: Banana Tempura with Toffee Sauce
