Greek Tavern Class 26 December - Friday - 12:30 Chef Ziv Steinberg

An experiential workshop with diverse and unique dishes from Greek cuisine, featuring popular dishes from both the mainland and the Greek islands. Accompanied by ouzo and Greek music.

The workshop is active and practical, with participants preparing most of the dishes themselves.

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start Off with Hot rosemary focaccia from the oven
  • Kolokithokeftedes – Zucchini fritters with herbs and cheeses.
  • Eggplant and cheese Musaka
  • Saganaki Fish – Fish stew in a tomato sauce with peppers and feta cheese.
  • Tzatziki – Yogurt and cucumber dip.
  • Fava - traditional pea cream
  • Khoriatiki - classic greek salad
  • Skordalia – A rich spread of garlic and almonds.
  • Revani - pistachio semolina cake with yogurt whipped cream
  • The workshop is accompanied by cold shots of ouzo.
