Mediterranean Brunch Class 14 March - Friday - 13:10 Chef Ziv Steinberg

A class with a variety of Mediterranean brunch dishes that will upgrade your breakfast, including dairy dishes, pastries, fish and cheese.

The workshop is active and practical, with participants preparing most of the dishes themselves.

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start Off with Hot rosemary focaccia from the oven
  • Denis Fish Tartar with tomatoes and Kalamata olives
  • Eggplant and cheese Musaka
  • A frying pan with peppers, eggs and Fetta cheese
  • Fish fillet with fried vegetables
  • Fava - traditional pea cream
  • Khoriatiki - classic greek salad
  • Revani - pistachio semolina cake with yogurt whipped cream
