Dim Sum and Ramen Class 24 February - Monday - 18:45 Chef Nathan Spivak

This class combines the Chinese-Vietnamese world of Dim Sum and the Japanese Ramen Soup. It's suited for vegetarians and most dishes are also suited for vegans.

In this class you'll learn how to prepare 4 types of Dim Sum with different fillings.

The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves.

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start Off with Hot rosemary focaccia from the oven
  • Beef Ramen - Asian beef stock with Ramen noodles, vegetables and goose breast
  • Vegetarian Ramen - Misu and vegetables stock, noodles, seaweed and Tofu
  • Steamed Bao Buns with long cooked meat and vegetables
  • Sweet potato and mushrooms Shu-Mai
  • Chicken and beef Gyoza
  • Chicken and onion Gyoza
  • For Dessert: Banana Tempura with Toffee Sauce
