We will learn and experience the preparation of a variety of well-known ethnic dishes—from the Persian, Iraqi, Moroccan, Tripolitanian, and Tunisian cuisines.

You will be exposed to the best aromas of these kitchens, learn the unique techniques, and try your hand at preparing the dishes. And of course, you will end with a rich and diverse meal from the many ethnicities of Israel.

The workshop is active and hands-on, with participants preparing most of the dishes themselves.
