Macaroons, Marshmallow and Candy Making class 17 January - Friday - 10:00 Pastry Chef Michel Badihi
This class focuses on confectionaries, specifically macaroons with different cream fillings, as well as marshmallows and lollipops.
The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves
- Start off with freshly baked Focaccia
- Dark chocolate ganache Macaroons with pistachio and caramel filling
- Macaroni based on white chocolate ganache with fillings of basil, cherry and nugget
- White chocolate ganache Macaroons with basil, cherry and nougat filling
- Lollipops
- An assortment of cheese and antipasti
