Gluten-Free Breads Class 12 January - Sunday - 18:00 Chef Ziv Steinberg
A class in which we we'll learn and use practical techniques to bake gluten-free, high-end breads that can be used at home. The recipes will be based on Molino flours, that were chosen by our professional team as the most appropriate to be used both in our classes and by our students for home practice.
The Class’s Menu:- A welcome with gluten-free fuccacia, also baked in a workshop
- Home-made Pittas
- French Bagette
- New York style Bagel
- Shabbes Halla
- Pizza Napolitana
- An assortment of cheese and antipasti
Sensitivity Adjustment:
In the class we will not use ingredients that include gluten, but out studio is not sterile to gluten
The class can be adapted for vegans, but we need to be notified about it.
