American Meat Class 7 January - Tuesday - 19:00 Chef Ziv Steinberg

The American cuisine is a combination of several culinary worlds that have come together to form a unique cooking style. The workshop focuses on great meat dishes that characterize the cuisine, from the north to the Texan border with Mexico.

The class includes unique cuts such as back ribs and short ribs, as well as American seasoning and serving methods.

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start Off with Hot rosemary focaccia from the oven
  • Sloppy Joe Burrito - Beef in Tex-Mex style rolled in a tortilla
  • Hash & Egg Brisket - Corned beef, spinach and fried egg
  • Denver steak strips in spicy Jack Daniels sauce
  • Beef back ribs in Barbecue-Coffee sauce
  • Smoked short ribs
  • BLT salad with beef, pastrami, tomatoes, garlic and chili wrapped in lettuce
  • Crispy dough pastry with apples and cranberries
