- Hash & Egg Brisket - Corned beef, spinach and fried egg
- Denver steak strips in spicy Jack Daniels sauce
- Beef back ribs in Barbecue-Coffee sauce
- Smoked short ribs
- BLT salad with beef, pastrami, tomatoes, garlic and chili wrapped in lettuce
- Crispy dough pastry with apples and cranberries
