Sushi is currently the most popular dish originating in Japan and can be found everywhere. In fact, it consists of a variety of dishes which makes sushi a culinary world in its own right.
We'll learn how to prepare the rice, work with the Nori (sea weed) and make different kinds of rolls.
We'll also prepare first courses including Miso and finish with an Asian dessert.
The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves.

- Classic Miso soup with tofu, green onion and Wakame

- For dessert: Banana Tempura with Toffee Sauce
