Macaroons, Marshmallow and Candy Making class 20 October - Tuesday - 18:00 Pastry Chef Michel Badihi

This class focuses on confectionaries, specifically macaroons with different cream fillings, as well as marshmallows and lollipops.

The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start off with freshly baked Focaccia
  • Dark chocolate ganache Macaroons with pistachio and caramel filling
  • Macaroni based on white chocolate ganache with fillings of basil, cherry and nugget
  • White chocolate ganache Macaroons with basil, cherry and nougat filling
  • Lollipops
  • Candied Apples
  • An assortment of cheese and antipasti
