A "specials" cooking class, based on the best dairy dishes the Italian and French kitchen.

In this class we'll learn about the techniques used in these kitchens, with a combination of culinary methods from these regions.

The class is practical and hands-on, and participants make most of the dishes themselves.

The Class’s Menu:
  • Start off with freshly baked Fuccacia
  • Salmon Confit with Provance seasoning
  • Passata Napolitana with garlic, anchovies, chili peppers, capers and cherry tomatoes
  • Ratatouille Montage
  • Budino – Rich cheese soufflé
  • Parisian Gnocchi made of Choux Pastry
  • Arancini with Mozzarella, anchovies and tomato coulis
  • Lasagna Rosettes filled with ricotta cheese in béchamel sauce
  • For Dessert: Torta Di Caprese – Napolitan Chocolate cake
